Pentium Dual-Core is a family of low-cost dual-core processors is designated for the desktop area, which is on the market since of 2007. They are based on the Intel Core, Westmere-, Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge and Haswell microarchitecture, with a feature size between 65nm and 22nm. The associated processor cores Allendale-1024, Wolfdale-1024, Penryn 2048, Clarkdale, Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge and Haswell-DT. The CPUs operate at clock speeds between 1.6GHz and 3.6GHz and support the instruction set Intel 64. You have a L2 cache with a size between 1 and 3 MiB MiB. Additional technical features of the dual-core processors are the Intel Virtualization, an integrated GPU, SSE3, SSE4 and the unlocked multiplier. The Intel Hyper-Threading Technology is not supported. Available are the processors to the Sockets 775, 1150, 1151, 1155 and 1156.
